When it comes to family shoots it’s all about the kids. They change so much in just a few months.
This shoot is designed to be a snapshot of family life. To that end it’s a bit different. It’s not an hour in a studio where everyone gets all dressed up and smiles, instead, it’ REAL.
A day of family life documented and kept forever.
A snapshot of the fun, laughter tantrums and tears.
Children are most comfortable in their own environment. So I come to you, and we capture a day of family life. Breakfast, Making biscuits, food everywhere toys in the fridge.
Then, how about the park? the beach? a walk through town or round to the grandparents.
We go at their pace and I document. I don’t set them up and ask them to smile they’ll be who they are and I’ll do what I do best. Capture the moment.
Family sessions are relaxed and loosely structured.
There’s very little posing and no pressure to perform. The aim is simple: photographs that feel like your family, as you are right now.
